Power to order costs.
Any Court dealing with an application made to it for filing a complaint under section 379 or an appeal under section 380, shall have power to make such order as to costs as may be just.

धारा 379 के तहत शिकायत दर्ज करने या धारा 380 के तहत अपील दायर करने के लिए किए गए आवेदन से निपटने वाले किसी भी न्यायालय को लागत के संबंध में ऐसा आदेश देने की शक्ति होगी जो उचित हो।
